Taking into account the time spent in Microsoft Office, here’s a list of the top 10 shortcuts a speedy exec cannot do without:

  • Format a cell fast in Excel: Ctrl + 1 is the same as right-click and format
  • Move to the bottom of a table without all the stops in Excel: Ctrl + ↓ to get to the bottom cell
  • Concerned about spelling in Excel? Simply hit F7 to run a quick spell check
