We are bound by the Protection of Personal Information Act and we take the privacy of your information seriously. The Information Officer of Blacfox Enterprises (Pty) Ltd is Kerushan Govender.
We will deal with every complaint fairly and quickly, and tell you the outcome. If your complaint is about a refusal of access by the Information Officer, we will escalate it within Blacfox for review.
