We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information and are bound by the Protection of Personal Information Act. The Information Officer of Blacfox Enterprises (Pty) Ltd is Kerushan Govender.
We will endeavour to address any complaint we receive in a fair and expeditious manner and to give you feedback. Should the complaint stem from a refusal of access by the Information Officer, it will be escalated within Blacfox for re-evaluation.
