With the ideal sales workflow worked out, it’s time to bring the right people into the team. Blacfox licenses a proprietary employee screening system from the US, which has proven excellent in determining a good sales fit. We recommend conducting an initial IQ test at a single sitting, comprising around 10 candidates. Passing candidates are then invited to sit the remaining 2 tests (personality profile and aptitude). Blacfox will make firm recommendations on who to proceed with, following which a culture fit interview is done by you.
